Product Information

PRECISION1® contact lenses (90 PK) let you focus on your life, not on your contacts. Featuring exclusive SMARTSURFACE® Technology, PRECISION1 contacts keep your eyes feeling fresh all day. That’s on top of providing consistently clear vision, dependable comfort, and UV protection.

Features & Benefits

PRECISION1 contacts are daily disposable lenses you only wear once. All you do is put them in in the morning and take them out before bed. This frequent replacement schedule means PRECISION1 contacts are less likely to accumulate irritating deposits, making them perfect for people with sensitive eyes.

PRECISION1 contacts are also ideal for those who experience dryness during lens wear. That’s because these contacts feature SMARTSURFACE Technology. A result of Alcon's expertise in water surface technologies, SMARTSURFACE Technology keeps moisture on the lens surface. This helps prevent your contacts from drying out and your eyes feeling irritated.

PRECISION1 contacts are also incredibly breathable because they’re made of silicone hydrogel. This lens material allows nourishing oxygen to reach the surface of the eye. Our eyes need oxygen to stay moist, clear, and healthy.

In addition, PRECISION1 contacts are classified as Class 1 lenses. This means they can block 96% of UVA rays and 100% of UVB rays. They also come with a light blue visibility tint for easier handling during insertion and removal — a particularly helpful feature for first-time contact lens wearers.

PRECISION1 contacts are available in powers ranging from -12.00D to -6.00D in 0.50 steps and -6.00D to +8.00D in 0.25 steps.

Who They’re For

PRECISION1 contacts are suitable for people who struggle with dryness and irritation during lens wear. They’re also ideal for young and first-time contact lens wearers who may prefer a convenient wearing and replacement schedule.

Additionally, PRECISION1 contacts are a great choice for anyone looking for precise vision, dependable comfort, and easy handling in a daily disposable lens.

For a fresh lens feeling and excellent end-of-day comfort, try PRECISION1 contacts from Lens.com.

How to Insert PRECISION1 Contacts

PRECISION1 contacts are soft disposable lenses and as such, you should follow the standard procedure for that type of lens. Start by washing and drying your hands with mild soap and water, then dry them with a lint-free towel. Scoop your first lens out of the case with your index finger of your dominant hand and rinse it with a cleaning solution that’s specially formulated for soft contacts. Inspect the lens for any tears or debris and make sure it’s not inside-out. Using the middle finger of your dominant hand, pull down your lower eyelid. If necessary, use the middle finger of your non-dominant hand to pull your upper eyelid. Look upward and gently put the lens on your eye. Blink a few times to center the lens. Repeat this with the other lens.

Precision1 FAQs

Are Precision1 90PK sold on Lens.com authentic? Why is it cheaper than other vendors?

Yes, all contacts sold on Lens.com are 100% authentic, including Precision1 90PK and come with a money-back guarantee. Lens.com is able to sell contacts extremely competitively by buying and selling in volume, by smartly managing costs and overhead, and by accepting smaller but fairer profit margins versus other e-tailers and ECPs in exchange for building a satisfied customer base. We stand by our product and offer 24/7 live-customer support.

Can I buy Precision1 90PK for someone else?

Yes, you can buy Precision1 90PK contacts online for someone else, for example a child or someone you're assisting with making a purchase. The same simple steps apply. At Lens.com you'll only need to know what contacts you want, their prescription, the contact info of the person's ECP (for prescription verification), and a credit card. We'll do the rest!

How much do Precision1 contacts cost?

Precision1 contacts have an online advertised selling price that ranges between $52.95 to $79.99, per box (per eye), with 1 box lasting you for 3 months. On Lens.com Precision1 is listed at $52.89 per box after rebates. Taxes and fees vary by seller and can change over time. The price of Precision1 at brick-and-mortar locations and doctor's offices varies, but on average tends to be higher than prices online due to differences in costs of doing business. This pricing information is updated daily.

How long does a box of Precision1 90PK contacts last?

1 box of Precision1 90PK contacts (90 lenses, a 3-month supply) will last you 3 month(s). Bear in mind you'll typically be purchasing contacts for both eyes, requiring at least 2 boxes so double these amounts if that's the case for you.

Are online Precision1 90PK contact lenses the same as from your eye doctor?

Yes, generally, Precision1 90PK contacts purchased online are the exact same lenses you purchase in a store or a doctor's office. At Lens.com, all contacts are authentic, FDA-approved, and the same as you might purchase from your ECP but at a discounted price, thanks to our lower cost and better volumes.

How to tell if my Precision1 90PK contacts are inside out?

Where can I buy Precision1 90PK contacts near me?

Precision1 90PK contacts are typically available to purchase at your nearest brick-and-mortar eyewear store or ECP's office. However, the lowest prices and largest inventory of these lenses can be found online, such as at Lens.com, where greater volumes and lower overhead can translate into significant savings over store-bought contacts.

Where can I buy Precision1 90PK contacts?

Precision1 90PK lenses are available to purchase at online retailers, some brick-and-mortar stores, and eye care professionals near you. The lowest prices and largest selections can typically be found online where retailers can take advantage of high volume and lower costs which can benefit customers. Lens.com offers exclusive rebate/rewards savings.

Can Precision1 90PK contacts expire?

Like all contact lenses, Precision1 90PK lenses do expire. The expiration date will be stamped on the box itself or on the aluminum fold of the blister pack in either a YYYY-MM or YYYY-MM-DD format. Typically, the expiration date for contacts is several years after the date of packaging.

Can you take a nap in Precision1 90PK contacts?

No, you cannot nap in Precision1 90PK lenses. As Precision1 90PK are not approved for overnight wear (a full night's sleep), napping in them for a short period of time is not advisable either, and it can lead to eye-health complications. How long does it take to adjust to wearing Precision1 90PK contacts?

If you're wearing Precision1 90PK for the first time, it can take several days to a couple of weeks for you to adjust to wearing them on a daily basis. Contacts vary from brand to brand in terms of their shape, material, breathability, wetting agents used, and other factors, thus requiring an adjustment period. Rigid/hard lenses can sometimes take longer to adjust to, whereas most contacts in use today employ a soft form of silicone that is typically easy to adjust to.

Are Precision1 90PK contacts, daily?

Yes, Precision1 90PK contacts are daily disposable contacts. This means they should only be worn for one day, after which they should be disposed of and replaced with a fresh set. Is Precision1 90PK contact lens FDA-approved?

Yes, Precision1 90PK is FDA-approved. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration regulates all contact lenses as prescription medical devices and thus must go through an approval process, after which they can be legally sold in the US (if approved). Lens.com sells only FDA-approved contact lenses. From lenses to address near, farsightedness, astigmatism, and even cosmetic lenses, our inventory consists only of FDA-approved contacts.

How old do you have to be to wear Precision1 90PK contact lenses?

Like most contacts, including Precision1 90PK, they can be worn by teens and potentially pre-teens as well, per the direction of an ECP. In general, there is no fixed minimum age for wearing contacts, as it's a judgment call based on lifestyle habits, budget, and of course your ECP's guidance. Contacts do require care and consistency in usage and maintenance/cleaning and these are the lifestyle factors you should consider when thinking about contacts for a child.

Are Precision1 90PK contacts tinted (aka 'handling tint), for improved visibility?

Yes, Precision1 90PK lenses include a light tint to make cleaning (when used with solution), handling, and inserting them easier.
