What is AutoRefill?

AutoRefill is a service that helps you get your contact lenses when you need them. By signing up you will save time and money in the process.

How do I join the AutoRefill?

Joining is easy. It can be done while reviewing items in your shopping cart. Simply follow three easy steps:

  1. Click the AutoRefill sign-up box
  2. Select the delivery frequency
  3. Complete your order using a credit card

That's it! Your AutoRefill is all set, and you'll automatically receive the items you selected at the frequency you selected-one less thing to remember. We will use the billing method you entered on your behalf for all orders going forward unless you tell us differently.

Can I use PayPal or AfterPay with an AutoRefill order?

AutoRefill orders can only be made using your credit card at this time. PayPal and AfterPay are not currently available for AutoRefill.

Will I be notified before my order goes out?

You will receive an email 30 days before your AutoRefill order ships. It will include a link to your AutoRefill subscription settings where you can easily change your payment, shipping, and billing information. You have seven days before your order is placed to make any changes.

How can I change my AutoRefill subscription?

Simply log into your account and go to the AutoRefill Center to review your subscription. From there you can do the following:

  1. Change the quantity of product to be shipped
  2. Change the shipping frequency
  3. Update your shipping address
  4. Change the Next Delivery Date
  5. Update your credit card
  6. Cancel you subscription
How do I cancel my AutoRefill program?

There is no commitment to this program. Simply log into your account and access the AutoRefill Center to cancel your subscription. You can change your next delivery date if you just want more time before your next shipment.

Will my price change?

Please check the listed pricing on your upcoming order notification. Prices may change from time to time. AutoRefill orders will use our everyday low price at the time the AutoRefill order is placed, less the AutoRefill discount. AutoRefill orders will not use any special or discount pricing that may have been available on a prior order.

Can I use other coupons and offers with AutoRefill?

AutoRefill orders will use our everyday low price at the time the order is placed less the AutoRefill discount stated at the time of signup. AutoRefill orders cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts, and offers. AutoRefill orders will not use any special or discount pricing that may have been available on a prior order.

How do I track my order?

On the day your AutoRefill order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your AutoRefill order has been shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking and delivery information.

What if there is a problem processing my AutoRefill order?

If we have any problem processing your AutoRefill order, we will inform you via email and request your assistance to rectify the issue as soon as possible. Then we will fulfill your order.

Can I sign up for AutoRefill if my shipping address is outside the United States and Canada?

No. The AutoRefill program is restricted to orders shipped within the United States and Canada.
