Almost all major brands have rebates at Lens.com. The best way to see if your brand has a rebate is select it from the dropdown above, you'll be taken to the page for that brand and the available rebates will be shown. Lens.com has rebates for daily wear, flexible wear, monthly and 1-2 week disposable lenses from manufacturers such as Johnson & Johnson, Alcon, CooperVision and Bausch & Lomb.
Just login to the Rebate Center and you can use the convenient Rebate Tracker to follow its progress.
This is a prepaid Visa Debit card. Visa recommends you select the 'credit' option when you use it at point of sale.
Rebates take 8-10 weeks as they require multiple steps including fraud prevention, verification, and third-party Visa Card Issuance and mailing.
All rebate forms must be mailed using USPS and received no later than 12 weeks after the date your order was shipped.
Your card will expire 12 months from the date of issuance. The valid through dates appear on the front of the card.
Don't worry. Immediately contact the Visa card center at 1-877-610-1075. They will help you get a new card and cancel the lost one.
Please visit Prepaid Card Portal , login and you can quickly check your balance. If you are reporting a lost or stolen card please contact customer service at 1-877-610-1075. To dispute a charge login at Prepaid Card Portal and download the form from the link at the bottom of the page.
- Purchase Make a qualifying purchase from Lens.com.
- Complete Form(s) After your order ships, access Rebate Center to print your rebate form(s).
- Mail in the form(s) The mailing address is on the rebate form.
Please allow at least 10 weeks for processing from the time we receive your rebate form.
