I love SofLens MultiFocal !!!
I am amazed at being able to see my computer screen so well with these Soflens Multifocal lenses. I have to agree that, for small, ill-defined print (ie newspapers and some magazines) the vision could be better. Hey, B&L, think you could fine tune these things for reading strength? I'll just bet you're working on that right now.
Best multi-focal contacts ever!
Distant and intermediate sight are excellent!This is the best I've seen in years! The optomotrist worked with me to create the crispest sight I've had in a long while(both near and far). I do plan to pick up +1 OTC reading glasses to help me read finer, smaller print - but, for most printed material, these softlens multifocal contacts are great!
Multifocal Review
I agree with the other reviewers.. Close vision is fair, but distance and intermediate are excellent. I have been trying to find a contact that is adequate in the intermediate area because I am on the computer at work. The Bausch & Lomb soflens multifocal lenses are more than adequate. They are excellent. I am really pleased with them. I just wish the reading close-up vision could be a little better.
SofLens MultiFocal - Work 8 – 10 hours a day
I am a 55 year old electrician and wear my SofLens Multi Focal contact lenses every working day 8 – 10 hours a day five days a week the comfort is very good, I would agree with the other reviewers and describe close vision as adequate, the intermediate as brilliant and distance as good, you will also need good lighting conditions to get the best vision from them, and it may take you some time to adapt to them and get your rx right.
Q. Would I go back to wearing my glasses at work

Bausch and Lomb SoftLens MultiFocal contacts lenses are very comfortable. Close vision is not very good but from arm length through furthest distance is great. Very crisp and clear.
SofLens Multi Focal / Bifocal
First time user of multifocal or bifocal contacts. Near vision corrected fair. Distance excellent. But most surprised by improvement in intermediate vision with my SOflens Multifocal contacts. I have been wearing contacts for 30 years, but never have had vision this good.
