How do I cancel an Order?
Lens.com seeks to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, if at anytime before your order has been shipped you become uncomfortable with your order you may cancel the order or any portion of the order.*
Once your order has been shipped, we regret that we can no longer cancel your order. If there is a problem with an order that has already been shipped you will have to refer to our Returns Policy in order to complete your transaction.
In order to cancel an order, or any portion of an order, you need to contact us at 1-800 Lens.com (536-7266) and our Customer Service Representative will assist you in making whatever changes you need. For HIPPA and account verification reasons, orders can't be canceled via email or chat.
* Custom Lenses, including novelty and made-to-order lenses, can not be canceled, returned, or exchanged once the Order has been Received.
