Your prescriber has eight business hours to confirm, correct, or reject the request. If the office doesn't respond during that period, the prescription is treated as verified under the Contact Lens Rule.

This process helps us ship the exact wacky contacts tied to your prescription. We won't treat a similarly colored or patterned lens as an automatic substitute since materials, measurements, and fit can differ between products.
