• Product name

• Sphere power
  The PWR or SPH value corrects nearsightedness or farsightedness. Copy the number along with its plus or minus sign exactly as written.

Hilafilcon B is a hydrophilic copolymer of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, commonly called HEMA, and N-vinyl pyrrolidone, or NVP. Fully hydrated, the material contains 59% water by weight, which helps the soft lens retain its flexible structure while worn.

The lenses also have a light blue visibility tint created with Reactive Blue Dye 246. This handling tint makes the transparent lens easier to locate in its blister pack and see on your fingertip during insertion or removal. It's not a cosmetic tint and isn't designed to enhance or change the appearance of your natural eye color.

Just like all other disposable contact lenses, Soflens dailies require proper handling, which begins with a fresh lens and ends with disposal after removal. Following a consistent routine can help keep the lenses clean, comfortable, and easier to manage.

• Wash and dry your hands first. Use soap and dry your hands with a clean, lint-free towel before touching the lenses. Avoid oily or heavily fragranced products that may leave residue on your fingers.
• Open one blister pack at a time. Check that the packaging is sealed and undamaged before opening it. Don't use a lens from a leaking, torn, or previously opened pack.
• Inspect the lens before insertion. Place it on your fingertip and look for tears, debris, or an inside-out shape. The edges should curve upward like a smooth bowl rather than flare outward.
• Insert the lens gently. Hold your eyelids open, place the lens on the eye, and blink slowly until it settles. Don't force the lens into place if it feels folded or uncomfortable.
• Wear the lenses only as prescribed. Follow the daily wearing time recommended by your eye care professional. Remove the lenses sooner if you develop persistent dryness, redness, pain, or blurred vision.
• Keep the lenses away from water. Remove them before swimming, showering, or using a hot tub. Tap and recreational water can contain microorganisms that may cause serious eye infections.
• Don't sleep in the lenses. SofLens Daily Disposable contacts are intended for daily wear and removal before sleep. Napping or sleeping in them can increase the risk of irritation and infection.
• Use compatible eye drops when needed. Choose rewetting drops approved for use with soft contact lenses. Don't apply regular redness-relief drops while the lenses are in unless your eye care professional recommends them.
• Discard each lens after removal. Don't rinse, store, or reinsert a daily disposable lens later in the day.
• Contact your eye care professional if symptoms continue. Remove the lenses immediately if you notice any pain, discharge, light sensitivity, sudden vision changes, or ongoing redness.

It depends. You may be able to switch from another daily lens to SofLens daily disposables, but it should be approved by your eye care professional first. Daily disposable lenses aren't automatically interchangeable, even when they have the same prescription power.
