Hatake has a brighter red base with a more open black pattern, so it reads clearly from a distance and pairs well with simpler wigs, dark clothing, and lighter eye makeup. Its design is a natural fit for cosplays inspired by the standard Sharingan appearance, which is commonly shown with tomoe arranged around the pupil.

Azula for a Darker, More Detailed Effect

Azula uses heavier black detailing and a sharper central pattern, giving it a more intense look in close-ups and under event lighting. It works especially well with darker costumes, stronger liner, and versions of the character associated with more advanced Mangekyo-style eye designs.
