Fast Shipping Contact Lenses
Running low on contacts can make timing feel urgent, especially if you need lenses for work, school, travel, sports, or an upcoming event. Fast shipping contact lenses can help you restock sooner, but the fastest order starts before you choose a delivery method. Your prescription needs to be current, the product should match exactly, and the lenses should be available to ship.
Lens.com lists Standard Shipping, FedEx 2nd Day, and FedEx Next Day options for U.S. orders. Prescription verification can take up to one full business day in addition to the listed shipping time, so it helps to check your prescription, product details, and delivery option before checkout.

How To Get Contact Lenses Shipped Faster
Fast shipping starts with a clean order. Expedited delivery can reduce transit time, but prescription verification, product availability, order accuracy, weekends, holidays, and carrier schedules can still affect when your contacts arrive.
Order Before Your Last Pair
The safest time to reorder is before you are down to your last pair. This gives your order time to go through prescription verification, processing, and shipping without forcing you into a rush.
If you wear contacts every day, check your supply before you open your final box. If you wear dailies, count how many pairs you have left. If you wear reusable lenses, check the replacement schedule and whether you have enough solution and backup lenses.
Use A Current Contact Lens Prescription
A valid contact lens prescription helps your order move through verification. Before checkout, check the expiration date, product name, power, base curve, diameter, and any extra values for toric or multifocal lenses.
If your prescription has expired, schedule an eye exam before you run out. An expired prescription can delay or stop the order, even if you choose a faster shipping method.
Match The Exact Product
Order the full product name your eye doctor prescribed. A standard lens, toric lens, multifocal lens, and colored version from the same lens family can be different products.
Check each eye separately before checkout. Make sure the power, BC, DIA, cylinder, axis, or ADD value matches your prescription where applicable.
Check Availability
Product availability can affect timing. Common prescriptions may ship sooner, while uncommon powers, toric parameters, multifocal combinations, colored contacts, or specialty lenses may take longer.
If timing is urgent, review the product page and checkout details carefully before placing the order.
Choose The Right Shipping Method
For U.S. orders, Lens.com lists these shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- FedEx 2nd Day: 2 business days
- FedEx Next Day: 1 business day
These shipping times are separate from prescription verification, which can take up to one full business day. If you need contacts quickly, choose the fastest shipping method that fits your timeline and budget.
Keep Glasses As A Backup
Fast shipping can help, but glasses are still the safest backup if your contact lens order is delayed, your prescription needs verification, or your eyes need a break. Keep a current pair nearby, especially before travel, exams, work deadlines, sports events, or vacations.
Fast Shipping Starts With a Valid Prescription
A current contact lens prescription helps your order move through the required verification step. Your prescription should list the exact contact lens product, power, base curve, diameter, and any extra values for astigmatism or presbyopia.
If your prescription has expired, your order can be delayed or stopped. Check the expiration date before ordering, especially if you need lenses for travel, an event, or an upcoming deadline.
Lens Availability Can Affect Delivery Time
All contact lens orders need valid prescription information before lenses can ship. Lens.com may verify your prescription through the information you provide at checkout, such as an uploaded prescription or your eye doctor's contact details.
This step can take up to one full business day in addition to the listed shipping time. If the prescription is expired, incomplete, hard to confirm, or does not match the product ordered, the order may take longer.
Details That Help Verification Move Smoothly
Before checkout, review:
- Full product name
- Power for each eye
- Base curve
- Diameter
- Prescription expiration date
- Eye doctor's name and phone number
- Cylinder and axis for toric lenses
- ADD value for multifocal lenses
A small mismatch can slow things down. If your prescription lists a toric lens, don't order the regular version of the same product family. If your prescription lists a multifocal lens, make sure the ADD value is included.
U.S. Shipping Options Listed by Lens.com
For U.S. orders, Lens.com lists:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- FedEx 2nd Day: 2 business days
- FedEx Next Day: 1 business day
Prescription verification can add up to one full business day before those shipping times begin. Weekends, holidays, carrier schedules, product availability, and address issues can also affect timing.
Canada And International Shipping
Lens.com also lists Canada and international options. Canada Standard is listed at 4-9 business days, while Canada Express is listed at 3-5 business days. Standard International Shipping is listed at 8-12 business days, while FedEx International Express is listed at 4-5 business days.
If you are outside the U.S., check the shipping options at checkout so you can see what applies to your destination.
What to Check Before Placing a Rush Order
A rush order should be checked more carefully, not less. When timing is tight, a missing prescription detail, wrong product name, or incorrect address can cost more time than the faster shipping option saves.
Before placing a rush order, check:
- Your prescription is still valid.
- The product name matches your prescription exactly.
- The power is correct for each eye.
- The base curve and diameter match the prescription.
- Toric lenses include cylinder and axis values.
- Multifocal lenses include the ADD value.
- The product is available.
- The shipping address is complete and correct.
- The selected shipping method matches your timeline.
- Your email and phone number are correct in case order updates are needed.
Fast Shipping for Daily, Toric, Multifocal, and Colored Contacts
Different contact lens types can have different availability patterns. The shipping method can be fast, but the product still needs to be available and verified before it ships.
Daily Contacts
Daily disposable contacts can be convenient when you are restocking for work, school, travel, sports, or part-time wear. Since you use a fresh pair each day, it is easier to count how many days of lenses you have left.
If you are running low on dailies, check whether you need a 30-pack, 90-pack, or separate boxes for each eye. A larger supply may be better if you wear them every day, but the exact product and prescription details should still match.
Toric Contacts
Toric contacts for astigmatism include cylinder and axis values. These extra prescription details make accuracy especially important when placing a rush order. Don't order the standard version of a lens if your prescription lists the toric version. Even if the brand name looks similar, the fit and correction are different.
Multifocal Contacts
Multifocal contacts include an ADD value for presbyopia, the age-related focusing change that can make reading, phone use, menus, labels, and close-up tasks harder. These lenses are designed to support more than one viewing distance, such as near, intermediate, and distance vision.
If you are ordering multifocal contacts with fast shipping, accuracy is especially important. A missing or incorrect ADD value can delay the order or lead to the wrong lenses being selected. Check the full product name, power, ADD value, base curve, and diameter before checkout.
Review each eye separately. One eye may have a different power or ADD value from the other, so don't assume both sides match. If your prescription lists a specific multifocal product, order that exact lens rather than the standard version from the same brand family.
Colored Contacts
Colored contacts still need a valid prescription, even if they don't correct vision. If you need them for Halloween, cosplay, photos, or an event, order early enough to account for verification, shipping, and a comfort test.
Some colored or theatrical lenses may have different availability than standard clear contacts. Check the color, power if needed, base curve, diameter, lens count, and replacement schedule before checkout.
Planning Ahead so You Do Not Run out Again
Fast shipping is helpful when timing gets tight, but the better habit is to reorder before your contact lens supply becomes urgent. Set a reminder based on your replacement schedule, box size, and how often you wear contacts.
If you wear daily contacts, check your remaining pairs every few weeks. If you wear monthly or bi-weekly lenses, track the replacement date for each pair and make sure you have solution and a clean case ready.
Auto-reordering habits, calendar reminders, and keeping glasses nearby can help you avoid the stress of running out. Before placing your next Lens.com order, compare the product name, box size, supply length, rebate eligibility, shipping method, and final checkout total.

Popular Contact Lens Reviews
Excellent service!
This product has nothing to dislike about. It is a good quality of contact lenses and will not stop using this brand. My vision is satisfactory using Air Optix brand. Please do not stop carrying them. The sales representative was also very knowledgeable, professional, articulate and kind. My order came in before Thanksgiving and I appreciate it. She expedited sending my order so I will be happy, satisfied with my new lenses. Thank you kindly, for the excellent service !
Affordable price and quality
Love the ease and price of buying Focus dailies through Lens.com. Quick delivery and cheaper than through my eye doctor. Same product and quality. Why waste time and money anywhere else.

The customer service is prompt and OUTSTANDING
Lens.com is such a breeze to order contacts from, and their customer service is the best. Several boxes of contacts I ordered were lost in the mail and they so were so kind about resending me my order fast and without any extra fees. The quality of these contacts (Biofinity) is unmatched as well. I would highly recommend both Lens.com and Biofinity to anyone.
Great prices
I have ordered several times from Lens.com.
I have had no issues with orders or scripts. I love the rebate when you order 4 boxes or more. I will purchase from them again.
First time buyer
Great service, great price and very easy to order and pay. Will be back for my next order.
I have been using B+L SofLens Toric Astigmatism.
After I had been happily using them for decades, I could not reorder my contact lenses since Bausch+Lomb officially discontinued many SofLens® Toric lenses in July  2023.
As my Rx had not changed, my optometrist recommended another manufacturer, which I tried using for months, and was very disappointed.
Then on the Lens.com website, I ordered B+L ULTRA for Astigmatism Contact Lenses, and they seem just the same to me as the discontinued B+L SofLens® Toric contact lens. Now I couldn't be happier!
Great contact lens
These lens fit well and stay comfortable no matter my activity. Very good value for keeping my eyes seeing as well as possible.
