Does Tightlining Make Eyelashes Fall Out?
Tightlining itself does not directly cause lash loss, but the act of forcefully pulling or tugging the delicate eyelid skin during application, or using harsh techniques for removal, can cause physical trauma that may lead to madarosis (lash loss) or damage the hair follicle over time.
