When to See Your Doctor
If you experience chronic dark circles that do not improve with better sleep and diet, consult a dermatologist to determine the underlying cause (pigmentation, volume loss, or allergy). If redness or severe puffiness is present, consult a general doctor for an evaluation, as this may signal an underlying thyroid or kidney condition.
