    I was very happy that when my daughter's prescription changed, we were able to exchange the unopened boxes of old lenses. Your exchange process was very easy and I was impressed that you allowed a grace period for charging for the replacement contacts (instead of immediately charging for the new lenses and then giving a refund once the old lenses were received back).
