Good brand....
If you suffer from dry eyes, the aviara contact lenses are the brand for you. I have sarcoidosis, which in its active phase, damaged my lacrimal glands resulting in severe dry eye. My other contacts used to bother my eyes after about 7 or so hours. These did not. I can wear the aviara contact lenses all day.
Avaira are Great Contacts
I've tried several different contacts and I've never been able to find ones that didn't bother my eyes constantly because of drying out. My doctor gave me a pair of the Avaira contact lenses in a sample pack of differnt types of contacts to try out. I love them! I can wear them 12+ hours without any issues. These by far exceed the majority of contacts on the market in comfort.
Very good lenses
I just got a trial of these Avaira lenses because I heard they are good for people with sensitive eyes. Well, I just put them in today, and right when I put them in I could tell the difference. I couldn't feel them at all. It was like they just disapeared in my eye. They are soooo thin to, they just form right to your eye and you can't even see them on your eye. I would recommend the Avaira contact lenses for anyone who works in a dry office and works at a computer all day. I'll put another reivew up at the end of the day, and let you know how they felt after 8 hours.
Only contact that worked for me
I have tried several types of contact lenses, and Aviara contact lenses are the only ones that I have found comfortable and MOIST. I was given the Avaira contacts to compare against a more expensive brand for two weeks, and these were far more comfortable and did not make my eyes feel dry and itchy. Love them.
best contacts ever
My eyes are very sensitive. I tried other brands with no success, it was more of a hassle to wear them than glasses. So I actually only wore glasses for over 2 years - I just did not want to even attempt contacts again. Eventually got fed up with glasses - my doc gave me a trial of Aviara contacts and another brand - well I have lost the other brand - must have just fell out??? the Avaira has not given me one problem at all. This is the only brand I will use!!!!

I have very dry eyes and have had trouble wearing any other brand of contacts for more than a couple hours. The Coopervision Avaira contacts are great. I can wear them for 15 hours easily and I don't even know the aviara contacts are in most of the time. This is the first time in many years that I have been able to wear contacts for more than 5 hours without having to take them out and clean them and put them back in. I love the aviara contacts contacts and highly recommend them!!!
