Product Information

Extreme H2O 59% Xtra contact lenses (6 pack) retain 99% of their water content on the eye, even under harsh conditions. Made of a high-performance, deposit-resistant material, Extreme H2O 59% Xtra contacts are comfortable from insertion to removal.

Features & Benefits

Extreme H2O 59% Xtra contacts are 1-2 week lenses intended for daily wear. They still need to be removed, cleaned, and stored properly every night.

Extreme H2O 59% Xtra contacts retain 99% of their water content on the eye after 12 hours of wear, thanks to GMA-HEMA. This copolymer contains hydroxyl groups that tightly bind water molecules. As a result, it doesn’t dehydrate as much as traditional HEMA materials do. In fact, the 59% hioxifilcon A material reportedly loses only 1% of its water content over 12 hours.

Extreme H2O 59% Xtra contacts also won’t shrink or change shape during wear so you can enjoy consistently clear vision. Additionally, these contacts have a center thickness of 0.14 millimeters. A thicker design is generally more comfortable for those with dry or sensitive eyes.

Extreme H2O 59% Xtra contacts have a light blue visibility tint for easier handling during insertion and removal. They are available in powers ranging from +6.00D to -12.00D.

Who They're For

Extreme H2O 59% Xtra contacts are ideal for people who experience dryness during lens wear. These non-drying contacts are also a great choice for those who work in air-conditioned rooms or live in areas with low humidity.

Additionally, Extreme H2O 59% Xtra contacts are suitable for contact lens wearers who prefer the convenience of 1-2 week lenses over dailies or monthlies.

Say goodbye to dryness and discomfort with Extreme H2O 59% Xtra contacts. For the best value you can find online for these contacts, look no further than Lens.com. Take advantage of our discount prices today and order your Extreme H2O 59% Xtra contacts from Lens.com!

Extreme H2O 59% Xtra FAQs

Can you take a nap in Extreme H2O 59% Xtra contacts?

No, you cannot nap in Extreme H2O 59% Xtra lenses. As Extreme H2O 59% Xtra are not approved for overnight wear (a full night's sleep), napping in them for a short period of time is not advisable either, and it can lead to eye-health complications. Napping for any length of time with contacts not designed for such an environment is risky. Choose a lens that is approved for overnight wear and seek guidance from your ECP if this is a requirement for you.

How many boxes of Extreme H2O 59% Xtra do I need to buy to last 6 months, or 12 months?

You need 1 box(es) of Extreme H2O 59% Xtra contacts to last you for 6 months. In order to last you for 12 months, you'll need 2 box(es). These amounts pertain to a single eye, so to cover both eyes, double these amounts.

Where can I buy Extreme H2O 59% Xtra contacts at the best price?

Extreme H2O 59% Xtra contact lenses are available at the best price online, vs from a brick-and-motor store. When buying these contacts in-store or from a doctor's office, additional costs that come from higher overhead and lower volume of sales may play a part in having to pay more as a customer. On the other hand, online retailers benefit from lower costs and greater reach (greater sales volume, lower prices). At Lens.com Extreme H2O 59% Xtra contacts can be purchased for $29.89, after rebates. These prices are designed to be some of the lowest prices you'll find anywhere, either in-store or online.

What Extreme H2O 59% Xtra rebates are available?

Extreme H2O 59% Xtra contacts are regularly eligible for rebates exclusively on Lens.com. With Lens.com you can qualify for rebates with as few as an order of 4 and sometimes 8 boxes, unlike the 12 or more minimum purchase that's often required at other retailers. Refer to our regularly updated rebate pages or contact lens product pages to see how much the rebate amount is. Rebate offers change from time to time.

Do I need a prescription, or a copy of my prescription in order to buy Extreme H2O 59% Xtra?

Yes, you do require a valid prescription in order to buy Extreme H2O 59% Xtra or any contacts in the United States, per Federal Law. However, at Lens.com having a copy of your prescription in your possession is not required to place an order (though be aware it's something that is owed to you by your ECP once you complete an eye examination so that you can choose where to purchase your contacts). If you don't have a copy in your possession, Lens.com representatives will help verifying your prescription by calling your ECP for you. Provide us with the basic information, sit back, and relax.

Is ordering Extreme H2O 59% Xtra contact lenses online safe?

Yes, all contact lenses, including Extreme H2O 59% Xtra ordered from Lens.com are FDA-approved, genuine lenses manufactured by top contact lens brands such as Bausch + Lomb and Alcon, and backed by a money-back guarantee. Order and fulfillment processes adhere to mandates set by US federal law, including the requirement to verify valid prescriptions, without exception. We go above and beyond, by making the experience efficient, easy, and pleasant with 24/7/365 customer service and a money-back guarantee.

How long does it take to adjust to wearing Extreme H2O 59% Xtra contacts?

If you're wearing Extreme H2O 59% Xtra for the first time, it can take several days to a couple of weeks for you to adjust to wearing them on a daily basis. Contacts vary from brand to brand in terms of their shape, material, breathability, wetting agents used, and other factors, thus requiring an adjustment period. Rigid/hard lenses can sometimes take longer to adjust to, whereas most contacts in use today employ a soft form of silicone that is typically easy to adjust to.

Can I use my eyeglass prescription for Extreme H2O 59% Xtra contact lenses?

Unfortunately no, you can't use your eyeglass prescription for Extreme H2O 59% Xtra lenses. Your eyeglass prescription only has the power part of the contact lens prescription. In addition to the power, the proper base curve (BC) and diameter (DIA) are needed to order contact lenses. Contact lenses come in different sizes and must be fit to your eye by an Optometrist or Ophthalmologist. As a replacement center, we can only sell you contact lenses that you are already wearing successfully. So ultimately eyeglass prescriptions are not the same as a prescription for Extreme H2O 59% Xtra contacts. See an ECP/optometrist if you're looking for a contact lens prescription and fitting as a first-time-wearer.

How do I check the status of my Extreme H2O 59% Xtra rebates?

Dry eye relief

I previously tried Oasis, Acuvue, and Proclear to name a few, and the Extreme H2O were by far the best for me. I also tried out at least 4 different kinds of lens disinfecting solutions, as I found that made a difference as well (currently using Aquify).

Extreme H2O S-Xtra lenses dry out my eyes

I can see really well with these Extreme H2O S-Xtra lenses, they feel a little heavier than the contacts I had before. Extreme H2O S-Xtra lenses are comfortable when I first put them in, but after a couple hours of wear, my eyes get VERY DRY, I have to rub them and use re-wetting drops throughout the day, but they still dry out again after a few minutes.

Tomorrow I am going to ask my eye doctor to order me some of contacts I was wearing before Extreme H2O Xtra contacts. I just cant handle the dryness of Extreme H2O Xtra contacts. They just don't live up to there name.

Dry Eyes Smile - Extreme H2O S-Xtra

Hey, I tried a million and one contacts in the past and couldn't wear them for love or money. Finally the Doc decided to try the Extreme H20 and what a difference. I am studying for my comp test and writing my dissertation. Glasses just weren't cutting it. As a teacher of students with special needs I also no longer have to deal with chasing my reading glasses or trying to keep them off my inquisitive students faces. (Lay them down for a second and little hands find little ways to reach them) I don't get headaches or have to deal with cleaning the glasses every five minutes.

Try them you'll be surprised!!
