Purchase the required number of boxes of ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses within 90 days of your eye exam. See Display above for specific requirements for this ACUVUE product.
To receive a Rebate form visit www.acuvue.com/rebates and download the form.
Fill out the rebate form and follow its instructions.
Mail by June 30, 2008 to:

These lenses are tinted for ease of handling and will not change the color of your eye. The tint is simply designed to facilitate locating the contact lenses in solution. These contact lenses contain an inside-out "123" indicator to help ensure proper application/insertion.

Even at 64 years of age, I still have no trouble wearing them from morning til night. For people who are tired of having two pair of glasses hanging round your neck (reading and sunglasses) the Acuvue Bifocal lenses are nothing short of necessary!
