General Steps

Purchase the required number of boxes of ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses within 90 days of your eye exam. See Display above for specific requirements for this ACUVUE product.
To receive a Rebate form visit www.acuvue.com/rebates and download the form.
Fill out the rebate form and follow its instructions.
Mail by June 30, 2008 to:

I have REALLY dark brown eyes like almost black, and they are very blue and unbelievably noticable now. People ask me if they are real! shh sometimes I say yes... and they believe me. I love them I'm buying the green now to see if they are as cool but I don't think they will be. I'm addicted to my blue eyes! And they are prescription! yay! and don't see blurry at all! yay! You know you love me, --Fabulousness

They are very comfortable, however sometimes I see things a little blurry, but nothing major that gives me a headache or anything. I would definitely recommend these Acuvue 2 Colours Opaques contacts to anyone wanting to change their eye color, even if its just for cosmetic reasons (like mine) and not for sight problems.

I just wish they had a violet. I've wanted tis color but only have prescriptions for Acuvue 2 :( Other than that Acuvue2 Colours are comfortable and most of the time I don't even know I'm wearing them!
