Are my lenses automatically reordered?

Our system offers an array of reorder options for your convenience.

  • Default - When you first place an order your lenses will not be automatically reordered. Iinstead the system will send you an email when it is time for you to refill your prescription. At that point just return to our site. Click the 'Reorder' link at the top of each page, and follow the prompts. This will also work if you placed your first order over the phone - everything is fully integrated.
  • Auto Reorder - You can choose to have your prescription automatically refilled and your lenses sent to you. With this option instead of the system sending you an email reminder, it will reorder the lenses you have selected. The order will be logged into our system and you will be sent a confirmation email. If you decide that you do not wish to complete this order at that time you need to contact our Customer Service department immediately to cancel the order.

Both of these settings are controlled through the Reorder page. In order to edit reminder emails, set a lens to automatically reorder, or edit the reorder date you simply need to:

  1. click on the Reorder Link at the top of the page or in the My Accounts Page
  2. Review your order history
  3. If you need to edit something click the Change link beneath the Lens Name
  4. Complete your update and click 'Continue'
