How do I protect my friend's privacy?
Lens.com understands that you may be concerned about your friend's privacy, if you would prefer not to give us their email address and allow us to send them a personalized email invitation we understand. There is still a way for you to participate in the referral program without
giving us their email, all you need to do is tell them about Lens.com. Then, when they do log in and sign up for account ask them to enter your email address in the refer a friend field on the registration page. Once this is done your account will be credited when they make their first purchase.

How do I refer a new client to Lens.com?
Lens.com has streamlined this process so that there are two easy ways to refer a friend. The first is that you simply give your friend the email address that identifies your account with Lens.com. When they come to the site and set up their account the system will ask them to enter the email address of the individual who referred them to the site. The second option is for you to give us your friends email address, we will send them a personalized email explaining the benefits of the site and that you thought they might be interested in taking a look at those benefits. Within the email will be a unique hyperlink, all they need to do is follow the link and the system will make them down as having been referred to the site by you.

How much do I get paid?
Lens.com will credit your account with 5% of the 1st order
from anyone you refer to Lens.com. This means that if you send out twenty referral emails but only three of your friends actually log on to the site,
using your name as the referrer, and purchase contact lenses then you will receive
5% of the value of those three orders and nothing for the others

Will I be notified if someone I refer activates their account?
No, we are sorry but the only way to tell if one of the individuals that you have referred to Lens.com has activated their account and made their first purchase is to check back with your Referral Statistics.

How quickly will my referral be processed?
It depends on how long it takes for the individuals you refer to make a purchase. In most cases though, as soon as their order has been completed and shipped your account will be credited almost immediately.

How do I look at the status of my referrals?
It is easy to look at the status of your referrals. All you need to do is login in to your Account, once you have logged in click on the link labeled 'View
Referral Credits'. Here you will be shown statistics on how many people you
have referred have visited the site, how many have actually ordered, the
average sale amount, the total sale amount, and the discount that you
currently have available.

How do I apply a referral credit to an order?
