How can I return or exchange a product?

At Lens.com we guarantee that you will receive the exact type and brand of contact lenses specified in your order. Each lens will arrive sealed in the manufacturer's sterile packaging. In addition if within 1 year the product is found to be unsatisfactory, please contact us for replacement or credit.*

You are fully insured in the event your prescription changes. Contact our Customer Service Representatives and they’ll arrange to credit your remaining unopened, unexpired lenses for your new prescription.

Hassle-Free Return Process:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and mailing instructions. All orders MUST have an RMA Number or your return may be seriously delayed.

  2. Print and fill out a Returns Form and include it with your return.

* Custom Lenses, including novelty and made-to-order lenses, cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
