What are my email preferences?

Lens.com is dedicated to offering you premium customer service and the lowest prices on your contact lenses. Part of this service are a variety of emails – from reminders for when your current prescription is due to expire to monthly newsletter filled with coupons and trivia.

However, if at any time you decide that you do not want to receive these emails you can update which emails you receive through the “Email Preferences” link on Your Account page. You will be shown a list of Emails, simply check the boxes next to the emails you would like to receive.
