How do I check on my order's status?
Lens.com understands the importance of being able to track your Order, and has provided an easy to use system to track any outstanding order through your Account.
Order Status
- Visit the My Account Page
- Log In to your Account
- Select the Order Status link
- Identify Order
- Orders will be listed by the Order #
- This Page will also display: Date Ordered, Shipping Address, Total Price, and Status
- Select the Appropriate Order
- In the Status Column you can check what stage of the Order Process your Order is in
